Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a binding legal agreement between you and OwnPlay Inc. and its affiliates (collectively “OwnPlay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using FullTarot at www.fulltarot.com (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

FullTarot is a personal development platform that uses tarot symbolism and Jungian archetypal frameworks to generate personalized profiles and guidance. The Service is provided for educational and self-reflection purposes only.

Nothing in the Service constitutes professional psychological, therapeutic, medical, financial, or legal advice. Results, archetypes, and guidance generated by the Service are for personal growth and entertainment purposes and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional consultation.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to use the Service. By accessing or using FullTarot, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts if we have reason to believe a user does not meet the eligibility requirements. Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that minors do not access the Service.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account and to keep that information updated.
• You may only hold one active account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including any purchases.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us immediately at hello@fulltarot.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We reserve the right to verify your identity and may request additional information to do so.

• Certain features of FullTarot require a paid subscription. Available plans and current pricing are described on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• If you are not satisfied, contact us at hello@fulltarot.com within 7 days of purchase for a refund. Refunds requested after 7 days are handled at our sole discretion.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers before any price increase takes effect.
• All payments are processed by our third-party payment processors. OwnPlay Inc. does not store your full payment card details.

All content, designs, algorithms, software, text, graphics, brand assets, and other materials made available through FullTarot are the exclusive property of OwnPlay Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Service content without our prior written consent.

Your quiz responses and personal profile data remain yours. By using the Service you grant OwnPlay Inc. a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and use that data solely to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service using automated tools without our express written permission.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, our systems, or other users' accounts.
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users or OwnPlay Inc. personnel.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute any part of the Service or its content without authorization.
• Introduce malware, viruses, or any other harmful code into the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

OwnPlay Inc. does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Archetypal analyses, tarot readings, and related content are for educational and entertainment purposes — results may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate or applicable to your individual circumstances.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, OWNPLAY INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OWNPLAY INC.'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO OWNPLAY INC. IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (B) $100 USD.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OwnPlay Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service, including, but not limited to, any content you submit or transmit through the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@fulltarot.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and access to paid features ends at the conclusion of your current billing period.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles.

BINDING ARBITRATION: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved exclusively by binding individual arbitration. You and OwnPlay Inc. each waive the right to a trial by jury and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. This arbitration provision does not apply to claims that may be brought in small claims court or to requests for injunctive or other equitable relief.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the dispute between you individually and OwnPlay Inc. You expressly waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, class arbitration, or representative action.

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
