FullTarot (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the FullTarot application and website. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service. Please read this policy carefully.

We may collect the following types of information:

• Account information: email address and password when you create an account.
• Quiz responses: the answers you provide during your archetype assessment. These are used solely to generate your FullTarot Archetype Profile and are never sold or shared with third parties.
• Usage data: pages visited, time spent, features used, and general interaction patterns to improve our product.
• Device & browser data: IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs collected automatically via standard web server logs.
• Cookies: see Section 5 for details on our cookie use.

• To generate and display your personalized FullTarot Archetype Profile.
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and (with your consent) promotional content.
• To analyze aggregate, anonymized usage trends to improve the product.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share data with:

• Service providers: hosting, email delivery, and analytics partners who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Analytics: we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand aggregate usage. Data is anonymized and subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
• Advertising: we may use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad performance. No personal quiz responses are shared with Meta.
• Legal requirements: if required by law or valid legal process.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to:

• Keep you signed in to your account (essential cookies).
• Remember your preferences and quiz progress (functional cookies).
• Understand how users navigate our site (analytics cookies — Google Analytics).
• Measure the effectiveness of our advertising (marketing cookies — Meta Pixel).

You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings. Declining analytics or marketing cookies will not affect core functionality.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@fulltarot.com. Anonymized, aggregated usage data may be retained indefinitely.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Receive a portable copy of your data.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), hashed password storage, and restricted access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

FullTarot is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.

You can request deletion of all your personal data at any time from your Profile page. This includes your quiz results, journey progress, daily cards, and subscription history. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
